Ah, that. No, that was an excerpt from Marc's patch that the "Won't that
exclude the non-module DLLs from the installer?" part was referring to.

Back to my previous post, I found the answer to the point 1. Apparently,
Subversion 1.4.x libs were linked statically so there were no such DLLs.
Now there are, so the README needs to be modified accordingly. Right?
