If you don't want to follow the (simple) "regulations", we can't make
you. And I won't try.
But you can at least post a version of the patch cleaned up to the point
where people can pick it from the archives and apply it locally (*without*
their bosses vetoing them on grounds that "Even the author says it's
dirty!").
