What do you mean? What needs to be fixed? Subversion stopped
building APR for you before 1.5 shipped, perhaps even before 1.4
shipped.

I do not see the connection between SQLite and APR.

My build process from 1.5 to 1.6 for release signing is essentially
the same. With the deps tarball extracted into the tree, I did not
even have to add a --with-sqlite.
