GSoC 2009 student proposals deadline approaching! (April 3)

Just a reminder that if you are considering making a student proposal for
the Google 2009 Summer of Code program, the time to do so is *NOW*. The
deadline for student applications is Friday, April 3, 2009.

Keep in mind that your proposal needn't be 100% refined by this date. There
is an interim period which follows the application period in which the final
details of your proposal can be ironed out. But if you don't at least get
your foot in the door by April 3, you may just get shut out.
