I believe I have fixed this on Tigris (by adding List-Id to the set of
headers filtered out of incoming mail). I'm not at all clear on the
details of the processing that would lead to this problem, or that
fix, but testing seems to say it's OK now.

I'll confirm that the core product code fix (coming in the next major
release, not presently scheduled for a patch) doesn't make the same
mistake.

I'm also engaged with Daniel Stenberg, to confirm that this was the
cause of the missing msg on haxx, and that the problem is now fixed.
