Another mailing list bug

Jack,

It looks like messages that are sent to both dev@ and users@ have both List-Id's
on one of the messages.

For example, in Michael's "GSoC is now accepting student applications." thread,
one message has just

List-Id: <users.subversion.tigris.org>

but the one that went to users@ has both:

List-Id: <users.subversion.tigris.org>
List-Id: <dev.subversion.tigris.org>

In my .procmailrc I first filter on the dev and then on users, so my dev@ folder
gets emails meant for users@.

This may be a cause of messages not showing up in the hax archive, where the
"GSoC is now accepting student applications." is not archived.

Regards,
Blair
