If these are not local errors at Arfever, I think we should fix these issues
before release.
My current test status is [fsfs | bdb] x [ local | svn ] ok on Windows Vista
But I see svn.exe crashes in both ra_neon and ra_serf running the tests and
until I can explain these issues as local glitch I will not vote for
release.
