I meant that whether I used the --with-sqlite option or not, and
whether or not there was a pre-built sqlite or just the amalgamation
files in .\sqlite-amalgamation (or the target of --with-sqlite), that
nothing built no matter what the combination. The build output I
printed was just to demonstrate the problem. Sorry for the confusion.
