What is the status of issue 3242

Hello everyone,

we are affected by http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3242

No offense! But this issue is now almost 8 month old and still in status
"new".
And as far as I can see Karl (who afaik is no longer an active member of the
subversion team) is the only one from the developers who made a comment.
Can somebody please give us an update about this issue.

As Shevek pointed out this is a killer issue for access control on multi
project repositories.
So sorry for being a bit pushy but this is really a problem for us.
