+1 for fixing it, but let's choose the right fix. We decided some time ago
that svnmucc is the kind of thing we wanted to "bring into the fold" of
supported software, if not as a standalone tool then perhaps with its
functionality folded into 'svn' somehow.

So, the correct short-term fix (IMO) is to move svnmucc from the contrib/
directory to the tools/ directory (and continue to have it installed via
install-tools).
