Yeah.

Sorry to be frank, but:

Jack, what mail system are you using? It's 2009, mail usually should
just work. I've never seen any email system this broken before.

Email has been around a long time, it seems very strange that problems
like this even exist in any mature mail system implementation.
Not a good selling point for CollabNet Enterprise Edition, if I might add...
