The new buildbot is online now. It's not yet in the regular rotation, so you'll
have to force builds, but it's currently set to build svn-trunk, plus javahl,
swig-pl, swig-py, and swig-rb. The reason the buildbot build is failing is
swig-rb. (There will probably be test failures after we get the swig-rb build
failing, but we can deal with those when they come.)
