Thanks. I'll add something about tree-conflicts.

Steve and Stefan and Neels and I are hurrying to get some tree-conflicts
stuff sorted out, but I don't have an accurate enough estimate to be
able to say whether there wlil be a major benefit to a having few extra
days.
