As long as it is an optional client behaviour It doesn't really affect
me, so in that light I don't care (at least: I shouldn't care).

(It's just that I find this behaviour so annoying in perforce, that
responding to suggstions adding it to svn, is almost a conditioned
reflex... sorry about that)
