Information on Subversion Developer's Summit

I've created a web site for the SVN summit.

http://svn-summit.open.collab.net/

Most of the content is in the wiki:

http://svn-summit.open.collab.net/wiki

You should be able to access this without logging in. But you will
need an account to edit the wiki.

I've basically just used the wiki to carve out some information.
Hopefully we can update it to refine an agenda in advance of the
meeting. There is also a place to upload documents and of course
there is also an SVN repository for the same.

I've also included details on the accommodations, who is coming etc.
Please take a look and correct any problems.
