Someone asks: Is there any reasonable way to upgrade from subversion
to cvs?

100% of the responses say "don't do that" or "that's not an upgrade"
or "subversion is better" (whew!), and there's no answer to the
several folk who asked "why on earth do you want to do that?" But it's
an interesting data point....
