Yes, and the other one I mentioned:

  http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=users&msgNo=81655
  "svn merge" scans the whole wc and deletes svn:mergeinfo properties

In both cases, this is about mergeinfo elision, IIRC.

Is there any reason that elision isn't restricted to files that are
concerned by the merge?
