If it is an "access denied" error on one of the files within the BDB
repository I'd say it is a "known" sporadic issue that seems to happen
with the test suites. I have not been getting it since increasing the
RAM on my test machine (which may have just gave me some more head
room). Before that, I'd usually get one or two of these when running
the tests. Got them in 1.4 tests too.
