I ran tests on Windows and everything passed except for a few tests
with bdb over ra_dav (neon). They fail trying to cleanup the bdb
'changes' file with 'permission denied'. Is anyone else seeing that
on Windows or is it a known issue? I haven't run bdb tests on the 1.5
series at all, I don't think, so don't know if it's a regression or
not. I'm re-running the bdb/dav tests and I'll try them with 1.5.1
tomorrow.
