The same line is found in trunk, as far as I can tell.

You could have found the last translator by running 'svn log' on ko.po or
by examining the COMMITTERS file. I did that and am CCing the Korean
translators.

The repository is at http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/. This URL is
listed in several places, one of them is in HACKING [1], which also
contains the patch submission guidelines. :) (Another instruction you
will find there asks not to send patches gzipped, but as a text/* MIME
type.)
