I appreciate how you feel, but getting no response on users@ does not make it
right to redirect the question to dev@. Please try again on users@.

(Also, just my personal recommendation: you might try putting something more
specific in the subject line to pique readers' interest, like "svnsync - how to
[whatever]".)
