+0, meaning:

I'll be comfortable with it *if* the non-trivial changes merged since
RC5 (I've listed them out in other mails) get some extra review, and if
we make a concerted push on users@ and wherever else we can to get
people to test this in production, and to solicit feedback from them.

As for the review, I'm trying to do that myself, hope others join. We
don't have a system for noticing when people do a review (was just
talking with Jon Trowbridge about how that would be nice, but that's for
another time), so maybe just post here when you review a change, to say
"I looked at it".
