The JavaHL zip file is not a standalone entity. All of the bindings
zip files are designed to be unzipped over the main zip file. Also,
the JavaHL zip file does not contain SVNKit. Brian had asked me this
off line and I did not get a chance to answer him. He saw a class
named SVNClient and thought that was from SVNKit. That is actually
the main JavaHL class file.
