AFAIK, with 1.5rc5, ra_serf passes all of the regression tests.
(There may be one or two it doesn't pass, but those were regressions
in rc builds, IIRC.) So, even today, neon can be purely optional.
So, I think from Eclipse's perspective, we should be fine as neon
isn't mandatory to use WebDAV - just tell the Eclipse folks to use
ra_serf instead of ra_neon. -- justin
