Chunk Size Error

Error: REPORT request failed on '/svn/nxtapi/!svn/vcc/default'
Error: REPORT of '/svn/nxtapi/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read chunk
size: connection
was closed by server (http://qrgload)

I have been getting these errors very consistently. I have:

TortoiseSVN 1.4.8
svn client 1.4.6
Apache 2.2
Subversion 1.4.6

Any ideas what would be causing this?
