So, it was pointed out on IRC that --enable-dso is a bit of a
misnomer. Our --enable-dso being called --enable-loadable-modules or
something seems a bit more precise. But, my first thought when seeing
'enable DSO' is 'enable shared'. So, *please* let's sidestep any
confusion... -- justin
