My understanding was that we didn't print the ' U' when the propchanges made
were manufactured client-side. In other words, if the delta editor drive of
a merge modified the svn:mergeinfo property (or any other property), we'd
print the ' U' notification. But if it did not, and the only change to that
property was due to the client libraries fiddling with it post-merge, we'd
not print a notification.

Is that not the way things do -- and are intended to -- work?
