CHANGES should be up to date now, and we're down to only 4 items in
STATUS which are still pending votes. If you haven't already, please
take a few minutes to go over STATUS and cast votes.
I know people may have concerns about doing this release and trying to
get ready to branch 1.5. I think we can still do a 1.4.6 release soon,
and that it will actually help with the release of 1.5.0-rc1 because
folks will already have their test environments/procedures prepared.
Dave (Anderson), will you be able to RM 1.4.6?
