Problem with svn diff and depth?

From: Mark Phippard <markphip_at_gmail.com>

Shouldn't this command work if foo is a file?

svn diff --depth=empty foo

Meaning, shouldn't it return the diff of foo? If foo is a folder it
correctly shows just the property changes. It does not work for files
with current trunk.
