[PATCH] Fix the expectation of merge test 70

Hi,

I am attaching a patch along with this email to fix the expectation of
merge test 70.

Fix the expectation of merge test 70

    * subversion/tests/cmdline/merge_tests.py
      (mergeinfo_recording_in_skipped_merge): Fix the expected disk to
       have proper mergeinfo check and expected status to check for the
       modified dir and files.
