mailer.py hook script windows

Hello,
i'm trying to work with mailer.py hook script on windows machine. I
get emails like this:

Author: martin.lucka
Date: Wed Jul 25 15:18:42 2007
New Revision: 28

Modified:
   trunk/phpinfo.php

Log:
26

Modified: trunk/phpinfo.php

The system cannot find the path specified.

Can you advice me, where is the problem ?
