I am not sure I agree with this. I don't see how an additional command makes
anybody pays a price. Surely, a better designed UI helps those who are using it.

I think I have shown that using options for variations is more confusing than
what I have proposed. But if the "global namespace" of SVN is taken so
seriously, then let me propose to have an additional sublevel of commands:

svn mergeinfo/mi avail [--foo] [--bar]
svn mergeinfo/mi integrated [--foo] [--bar]

etc.

I think this is still better than forcing totally different commands within a
single command and then using options to disambiguate.
