I built and tested the .zip file on Windows XP with VC2005 Express,
Apache 2.0.58, neon 0.26.3, BDB 4.4.20, zlib 1.2.3, and OpenSSL
0.9.8b.

All 6 test combos passed. I also built the perl, python, and javahl
bindings but did not test them. I did not use or test the
dependencies file.

I did get warnings about not being able to delete test repositories
(from the lock tests) when running bdb/ra_dav with the cleanup option
on a ramdrive, but could not recreate them when running on a real
disk, so I don't think they are serious enough to worry about (they
also have occurred on trunk in the past, but I haven't tried recently
-- I'll pursue it when I can).
