NOTICE files

Hi,

I just succeeded in building Subversion on Win32 at last :-)

Whilst comparing my build output with the standard Win32 build I noted
that the licenses dir in the distribution includes the Apache license
for a number of bundled libraries (apr, etc) but not the associated
NOTICE files, which is required by the license. Just a minor oversight,
I guess.

Just thought I'd let you know.
