[PATCH] Adding projects to the links page

Hi,

could please someone apply the attached patch file of the links.html file,
which adds the following projects into appropriate sections:

Subversive
FastTrack
SVNImporter
SVN Webclient

In sections, which seemed to be sorted alphabetically, I kept the sorting,
in other sections I added the projects to the end.

  (clients): Add link to the "Subversive" project
  (converters): Add link to the "SVN Importer" project
  (high-level-tools): Add link to the "FastTrack" project
  (browsers): Add link to the "WebClient for SVN" project
