Do we intend that it be installed with "make install"?

If we do not, then many people won't have easy access to it.

If we do, then I think it would be bad to support it any less than
everything else we "make install".

I don't think mucc is that complex, or indeed, that different from the
main command line client, that supporting it forever (well, until 2.0)
would be an undue burden.
