To be more specific, I told Ben that I'd be willing to fund the
summit, but only if it implies action rather than talking. Thus, merge
*then* discuss :-)

I think Justin's idea for a one-day meeting is good, and we'd send
one/more people if it was hosted elsewhere, too. (read: it doesn't
have to be here, and it doesn't have to be under my merge-then-discuss
terms :-)
