Ok, I can recreate this on trunk with a vanilla Apache 2.0.59. Will
you please file an issue referencing this thread?

It looks like some kind of pool/dso cleanup order problem with BDB at
first glance, but I'm not going to have time to look at it for a
couple of weeks at least -- maybe someone else can get to it before
then.
