If you're tempted to misread into Dan's response that CollabNet thinks of
dev@ as something we only interact with only when we feel like it, as a
hobby: don't do that.

That said, the interactions at openCollabNet are different in a few ways:

   * They involve supporting the CollabNet Subversion packages, which is
     something that dev@subversion wouldn't (and shouldn't) handle

   * They involve supporting CollabNet's custom connectors between
     Subversion and other things (again, not dev@ material)

   * They involve more CollabNet employees than the ones that follow
     dev@. Folks from Engineering (of all disciplines), Service,
     Sales, and so on. And yes, for those folks, it is the case that
     dev@ is not part of their job description, but OCN very much is.
