I'm not part of subversion development in any way (just frequent the
mailing list for future direction of subversion), but since you asked...

No... I haven't used it at all (only ever use stable releases), but I
can't count the number of times I wish I could use the same working copy
to track multiple changes.

I don't know how you're going to pull this off (sounds like a complicated
UI), but definitely a desired feature.

+1 (user vote if that counts for anything :).
