It has been said already, but it bears repeating: Do not send .exe files
to people and expect them to run them. The risk of virus transmission
is too high.
That said, I got curious what kind of weird and bizarre archive format
you had created. For the curiosity of others: It turned out to be a
UPX-compressed self-extracting ARJ. Having found that winrar was capable
of unpacking it without executing it, I did so.
Incidentally, a nice standard .zip file was only a few KB larger, whilst
a .tar.bz2 was practically half the size.
So I made one available:

Works just fine for me using svn 1.4.2 on Linux, so either it's a
Win32-specific problem, or something's broken on your particular computer.
