However, in the future:

* Please don't post HTML mails to the list.
* Please don't attach large images of dialogs, just copy the text
  instead (on some dialogs, Ctrl-C will actually copy all the text).
* Finally, please don't attach self-extracting archives (which is what I
  assume that was). I can extract .tar (.gz or .bz2) and .zip files
  myself, but I'm certainly not going to run a random executable.

If you resend your archived working copy in a sensible format, we can
look at the problem. Even better, post it at a URL somewhere so that
you don't need to send 500KB to every member of this list.
