I'm still working on Subversion 1.4.0 for RHEL3
which now requires a httpd different from what comes from the distro. I
can get it working, just a lot harder than it was, but I can follow that
that there was a (at least a potential) problem with APR 0.9.4.

I'm still not following why Neon 0.24 has to go. If there was a bug or
something I could understand. But as far as I know Neon 0.24 works great.
Why get rid of it if it is not causing problems?
