Oh, and FWIW, there are still some outstanding proposals in STATUS,
but for the most part I don't think they're really showstoppers at
this point.

It would be nice though if someone could approve the r20833, r20836
bunch. It's currently holding up the backport of r20886, which fixes
the javahl build on windows with VC express.
