I'm really trying to understand how IZ helps us coordinate this - the
act of creating the release is an individual act, approving the
release is what we do collectively. I don't think the steps involved
in creating the release are that interesting. It's only interesting
after I post a release to dev@svn. IZ could help us track who voted
on a release, but I do think a mailing list is better suited for this.
 Do we want to have people place their votes & sigs for a release in
IZ instead of on-list?

The critical bit is that the RM needs to stay on top of things during
the release cycle. -- justin
