Big +1. BDB 4.4 support was a large change to the BDB backend, and
reporters need to say which they are using.

Also, I would like to remind that at this stage, the tarball is
unblessed. We do want to get the sigs so that the RC tarball is
announced on users@, so as to get a wider audience testing the
tarball.

So please, full committers, do report problems, but if the bugs you
find are minor, please also post sigs, so that we can release the RC
and start the soak. I'm not asking you to be less vigilant during the
signing process, but don't -1 the RC because of a typo in some output
that makes a test fail, if you get the idea. We do need to start the
public soak if no major problems are found.
