OK, I'll try to get this branch merged tomorrow unless something shows up.
Then I will commit the wcprops change (store all wcprops in one file
per directory) soon after that.
I propose we push back the branching date for 1.4 2 weeks to may
5th. Garrett, will you have some auth thingies ready for replay by then?
