We're already providing http-2.2/apr-1.2 as an option, many people
(myself included) have gone and build svn with them and have been
doing so since httpd 2.2 came out, or even before that for those who
just wanted the latest apr and didn't care about httpd, I just want to
be sure we don't screw things up for those users.
