I have already agreed that there are ways to defeat it, just as there
are ways to defeat the current Subversion run-time BDB version checks.
However what I am suggesting is that we support the two default
configurations http-2.0/apr-0.9 and http-2.2/apr-1.2. Are you really
suggesting that we should not provide that as an option?
