No, just forgotten. I often don't remember what I've done.
In this case, I'm baffled, because I deliberately updated my tree to
check the status of vc-svn.el, and saw the above. But now when I
check (again after updating), I see the file has the contents you say
it does. *shrug* I must have not updated the right tree the first
time or something.
Anyway, sorry for the confusion, I've applied your patch in r19075.
